THE HOUSE (50 smq + 15 smq terrace, 4 beds)
There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining-room with kitchen, the lakeview terrace, a fenced private garden with barbecue and deck chairs.  

The fenced-in parking space of the property has an electric gate (we provide the remote control) and is 30 m/33 yds from the house (see map).

What is the difference between the 2 houses?
Our 2 bio houses are identical, they only differ in their position. Both have lake views and private beach access.
- The Bio Lake House has a frontal and direct view of the lake
- The Bio Mulberry House sees the lake through its own garden and our garden
